Best-selling crime author Mark Billingham will be appearing in London at the Kensington Central Library at a FREE event on the 6th of November to discuss the first book in his Tom Thorne series (and inspiration for the 2010 TV drama), Sleepyhead. The Tom Thorne series is set unmistakably in London and Mark has come to be synonymous with the capital’s best crime writing, which makes this the perfect book to launch the new London Triborough Library services online reading group – Text Tribe.

The event is taking place at 6:30pm  at Kensington Central Library, where Mark will be discussing the inspiration for the book and signing copies afterwards. Refreshments will be provided. Tickets are free, however these should be reserved in advance through the Text Tribe website.

In the countdown to the event, Text Tribe will be giving away free copies of Sleepyhead , so stay tuned to their website and follow Text Tribe on Twitter for your chance to win a copy for Mark to sign on the night.
