I have so far read 51 pages of this eagerly awaited book . Captivating and even better than I could have expected . I know his tennis is absolute class act – matched by his real purpose as a brother , son , cousin ……. . Strong family ties and the drive to do the right thing . Cant wait to read the rest of the book . Just Brilliant !
what a prize !
I have been absolutely captivated by the book 'Rafa'. It is amazing to read in detail about all his immense hard work in training and it made me feel quite sad for him to read how hard he is pushed by his uncle Toni. His dedication to tennis made me feel so humble. He is an inspiration. He is so grounded by his family and it shows clearly how his upbringing has made him into the really nice, good man that he is on court and off. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and felt all the emotions possible as I read every page. He is the greatest.
I'm not a fan of autobiographies as a rule but this is absolutely brilliant! I'm a great fan of Rafa's both as a tennis player & an inspirational person. I learned a great deal more about him, as he writes with such honesty & humility. What a man!
I don't usually read autobiographies but as I am such a great fan of Rafa, my husband bought me his book for my birthday. It was a fabulous read and I am an even greater fan now, after learning about the more personal side of the man. What a great athlete and with such a loving and supportive family around him. He is an inspiration!
Rafa is a fascinating sportsman and I loved this book.
