Sheena Iyengar is an expert in the subject of ‘choice’ and is a professor at Columbia University, New York. She's also the originator of the famous ‘jam experiment’ where the question of consumer choice was put to the test.
Iyengar's book, The Art of Choosing, is a comprehensive analysis and entertaining exposition of choice in modern society; she studies how we make choices — and how we feel about the choices we make.
